Approximately 1100, but there's no exact date - most people would put the end of the Second Age at whatever catastrophe most affected their own ancestors.

The Empire of the Wyrm's Friends fell in 1042 when the dragonewts rebelled against it. Troubles continued for another century until the True Golden Horde invaded Dragon Pass to wipe out all remnants of the EWF and the dragons - instead, the dragons ate the Horde, along with all other human life in the area. The Dragonkill War took place in either 1100, 1120 or 1140 depending on which source you read.

The Closing of the Seas happened in the 920s, effectively destroying the God Learner Empire; Jrustela itself was isolated and later destroyed by flooding in 940, and Seshnela in 1049. (In the Third Age both these countries consist of chains of islands, where they used to be solid land).
