In the Real World? The male scropion grabs the females chelicerae, and the drags her around in a mating dance for anywhere between five minutes and two days depending on the species; eventually, the male drops a sperm packet on the ground, and drags the female's genital opercula (hole) over it. She then carries the eggs to term internally and gives birth in a spewing torrent of up to 100 live scorpion babies, over the course of 12 hours to 10 days.

I... somehow don't see the Bagogi doing it this way.
