As far as I know the only Lunar Deity is Octamo the Red God of Vormain (Revealed Mythologies p95). His cult would be notable in the Hinter Isles as being the only cult that is friendly to its conquered people. The cultists still aren't saying nothing about the home Isles though.

As to the attitudes of the Parloth towards the Lunars, my feeling is they consider it to be an Iradgenderi, one of the transititionals. Sevened Lunars would be recognizable as enlightened kin but their propensity for becoming Occluded would mark their mystical tradition as being extremely unsafe.

They set up altars to the Red Sun which could also be Shargash or the Red Moon.
