Somoene had asked bout the reference to "Left Side" in a description of the EWF. I couldn't find the reference myself, and so had to check with knowledgeable authorities (thanks Ian) on this, so sorry for the delay.
In KoS in the Empire of the Wyrm's Friends section:
The people of Dragon Pass are divided into two large segments, with the continental watershed [i.e. the Kerospine] running between them. The eastern group is called the Left side. They are clustered along the Creekstream River...The people of the west, or Rightside, are gathered about the upper reaches of the Oslir River"
