I think that there is a link between the Heortling Red Woman aspect of Vinga and the Sairdite cult. It may be no more than taking some of the forms of worship but it likely goes further and at least involves "borrowing" some of the myths.
If the Red Woman is not simply a Sairdite goddess she might be Natha. And quite likely Lunar HeroQuesters are making that connection, so if she isn't Natha now, she might be at a later stage in the Hero Wars.
