I've asked this before as well. No one may say "I have concentrated magic" but they DO say something. They have to. You have to do "something" when you go to the higher 50% commitment of magic. There is some kind of difference there, and something that Gloranthans must recognize. If concentration were purely a game construct, what would be the point?
