Yes, this is often a problem. At least for me. I don't know the precise context of a message

It is always valuable to me to have a reference cited. For one thing, I can look it up easily and see what I may have intended, but stated badly. for another, it makes people look it up instead of later having to correct themselves or apologize.

This isn't quite right.
First of all, an occupation is always full time. No 40 hours/week when
your survival is at stake.

No, the calculations are wrong. They are based on false assumptions.
And remember too--it is not just time, but also HP allocation.
