Just for the record:
When I was developing Gloranthan HeroQuest for publication, I didn't
want every god to have a secret. I felt that the Great Gods certainly
deserved such, but that most of the lesser ones did not. For the sake of
harmony with the then-editor I did put them in for the gods, but only
with great reluctance. In a revision of the rules, I'd drop most of them.
I think you can probably see that many of the secrets are really just the high level Feats of the deity. Thoe ae the ons hat I would drop.
