That is perfectly reasonable. There is no problem saying that the Red Emperor has the nigh-invincible power of Awe With Imperial Glory. And is an Excellent combatant. Or that Harrek the Berserk uses his nigh-invincible Unbreakable Bear Claws and his nigh-invulnerable White Bear Cloak.

But assigning a list of specific numbers - or thinking that an description of abilities is exhaustive - is in my opinion just plain silly.
