Nobody is keeping information from you "for your own good" - there isn't a secret vault that contains these stats. They aren't written yet - largely because there hasn't been a story that requires them to be written.

You want access to the "secret Gloranthan information"? Buy the various books in the Stafford Library now available from Moon Design.  The History of the Heortling People, the Middle Sea Empire, Glorious Reascent of Yelm, the Fortunate Succession and the Entekosiad. And get King of Sartar. More are planned in the near future as well.

These books have a tremendous amount of "secret information" - and more is coming. And once the Grand Argrath Campaign is written, a lot of major Hero Wars plots will finally be revealed (although many can be gleamed by reading the books from the Stafford Library and King of Sartar).

However, writing stats for epic characters when those stats aren't written for a specific story is in my opinion a bad idea. The stats tend to be incomplete, poorly thought out, and of dubious worth.
