I'm sure there are "standard terms" for this. I am sorry I don't have the time to try to list them right now.

It could, but itmight not cover future offenses. Who'd want to swwar tothat?
I have to admit, I'm rather surprised that the duel will come off at all. If there is this much tension in the clans already---that it's doubted that all members will obey an oath---then I'd think some small group would ambush some hunter or two and provoke a feud just to get it on.
