Genocide in Glorantha is rarely a moral wrong. I know some people are unhappy that Gloranthan is based on primitive tribal ethics, but they are. Universal ethical systems are rare. Tribal ethics of "Us and Them" are the rule (Note that the Lunar maxim of "We are All Us" is a notable exception, even if it is more honored by word than deed.) One of the practices undertaken many times in its history is for someone to try to wipe out all of the worshippers of a deity, thereby undermining the entity. It has almost never worked, btw. But people try.

My Kallyr is not a wager of atrocities, despite that. She still believes that most converts to the Lunar Way will convert back if they see it is opportune, and in fact, many of them do just that after the other Argraths are more victorious than she.

That being said, others of her command are more bloodthirsty, and likely do engage is widespread killing to terrorize people, etc. This brings up the real question of whether Kallyr, as leader of the rebellion, is thus responsible for those deaths---an issue which troubles her as much as it troubles some of your reading this.
