To an extent this is more about where hunters fit in.

If you've played KoDP you will know that there is often tension between the warriors and the farmers. The hunters sit somewhere in the middle of that. They are of similar social status to the farmers. but the warriors may respect them more (because they kill for a living), may cultivate them as allies (as alternative food providers they are useful allies) and there may be tension between farmers and hunters over land use. The farmers want land for herds and crops while the hunters need wild land to support the prey species.

However Odaylans do tend to be solitary types who prefer to go off into the wild land for long periods - and are probably less likely to show up at the Chief's stead to give political support than a Yinkin worshipper might be.

Considering all this, it is likely to come down to how much the clan relies on hunting and how strong the Odaylan traditions are in the clan.
