And that's how we smoked the several dozen arctic char we caught up in
the North while out in the field (we were looking for uranium near
Baker Lake, NWT). Some salt is nice to have but really, you just need a
good fire and some sticks. A lot of this stuff is not nearly as complex
as some folks want it to be.
