It may be "in print" in the US but because it is an "unfinshed work" it is not available in the UK. So it isn't available except by mail order from either Germany or the US with all the extra costs of money transfer fees, retail exchange rates and delivery charges that entails. It is bad enough that the Moon Design publications take months to get into retailers here but Rick hasn't even bothered to reply to the owner of my FLGS about getting hold of the unfinished works.

I don't really want a PDF because then I'd have to go to all the trouble of printing it out and binding it. Although I might well get a PDF later as well.
