Yes. I have said many times that these entities all have a physical presence in the world, otherwise they would not be in the world.

I said nothing of Ernalda.Your assumption of the cause and effect here is incorrect.

I have said nothing about this. The Lunar magic incapacitates both Ernalda and Orlanth. The mechanism is nonspecified.

Kolatings are shamans who work with all kinds of spirits. They are not dependent upon air spirits. My write up of the Kolatings makes this petty clear. So they have plenty of magic to use, even in dead air.
