It depends to a fair extent on the religion in question. Malkioni, for instance, are usually quite different from Heortlings. In general, theists make sacrifices, animists enter ecstatic states, and the Malkioni pray a lot.

That's a pretty common one, yes.

The Malkioni do (as a result of which, they get to experience the deeds of the Prophet, the bliss of Solace, or whatever else might be appropriate). Others, not so much, although there will be rituals of some kind.

This one is especially common with animists.

This is, I think, pretty much universal.
