It is for me, but with the caveat that census-taking among the nomads is extremely difficult. They do not worship Orlanth, /per se/, but some nomadic tradition. Heck, considering the pervasive influence of the Spirit Plane on the region, they might even worship an analogue of Kolat as their chief god...

They get along about as well as, say, the Mongols and Turks would have.

 The key for me about the Pentans is that there are several distinct tribes of nomads, some of which are ethnically related to easterners, others to westerners and many to their own prehistoric Pentan tradition.
