Yes. Indeed, Yelm's high holy day falls on the summer solstice.

That, to the best of my knowledge, has never been stated, officially or otherwise. IMO, it's probable that, Glorantha being flat, the variation across the world is always the same, regardless of how far north or south you are. In other words, there is no Arctic Circle or 'land of the midnight sun'. I'd hazard a guess that, in Greg's campaign, the variation in day length is about the same as it is in California...
