Under the general rule that things are earth-like, except when they need be otherwise, I'd say tree leaves fall from most trees in temperate zones, in the fall.
Of course, the _reason_ that things happen in Glorantha is often entirely different than on Earth. In Glorantha this phenomenon will have mythical background--which trees drop leaves may well depend on which types of elves they are associated with, but in some places the reasoning may be different.
The exact mythic cause of dropping leaves probably varies by culture to culture--it may or may not always agree with the Aldrymi reasoning. Therefore leaf dropping timing will tend to match up to the mythic reason that they drop. In some areas different tree species (or even groves), may have different mythic association, so drop at different times.
And no doubt there will be a few exceptions, an Oak that is always green or something. But those would be extraordinary.
All just IMO.
