It's a bunch of related skills. It would include skills like Worship Vith, Nenduren Philosophy, Charismatic Wisdom, Selected Quotations of Zitr Chal and and Darja Danad's How to Thump People. At a stretch, one could also argue that any skills necessary to communicate with the Great Gods (e.g. Malkion, Orlanth, Pamalt and Yelm) convey some mystical insight.
