Nothing to do with Theism here. The Orlanthi souls have five parts, the Pelorians have six (except for those dirty Darjiinians). The Lunars say that everybody has a seven soul only most haven't realized it. What matters is the Creation of Human myth.

I think this is wrong. Some Orlanthi will have five-parted spirits on birth (and will be destined to be initiated into Kolat or Sederosa) while few will have essences.
