Chaosium and Games Workshop used to be very close. I met Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone at my own first Origins, and before they founded GW. They slept on my motel floor. They imported the fist games into UK, printed some over there, etc. We were friendly with Bryan Ansell too, as he fulfilled his childhood dream to "have an English company making English games, and making toy soldiers." I think Chaosium was the last company to leave the working relationships with GW.
