Does anybody remember an article where it was explained that pure runic metals inhibit the use of magic. Somebody holding pure runic gold, could only use magic tied to the fire rune, and so on.
I can't for the life of me remember where I read that. I'm pretty sure I even own the magazine or book in question, but I just can't find it.
