For what it's worth some kind of "This Is Not Common" sidetext could be quite handy in figuring out this sort of thing. I don't recall any examples in easily available game materials that indicate this and - as a relatively new Gloranthaphile - I'm easily lead by the sidetexts that are present; specifically those about Yanafali missionaries going out to convert/Include others.
