Stirrups are mentioned in the myth of Vadrus and the Logic Tribe, Anaxial's Roster p72 as being used by Fronelan Malkioni in the Storm Age.

For Peloria the only statement about Stirrups is in the Fortunate Succession:

	"Can it have been the introduction of Saddles
	that lead to the change [from chariot emperors
	to horse emperors in the dawn age]? (It was
	certainly NOT the introduction of stirrups, which
	came much later"
