You can. The main reason I said that the lunars don't use feat-like glamours (a glamour is something you make up) was because the HQ2 feats are rather different from the HQ1 feats. But what is said to be a feat in "Under the Red Moon" can easily be passed off as a spell or a charm like for example, Yanafal's Battlefield Bellow or Mask of Command.
