Upcoming Guide to Glorantha - update of HQ1 Glorantha book, for HQ2 or something else?

There were a lot of publications for HQ1. Is the Guide to Glorantha an update of the HQ1 Glorantha book, with a swap to HQ2 mechanics and rune rules, or is it something else? Will there be something like Anaxial's/Bestiary included, or is that a separate thing to be published, or just ignored?
