No. Its relatively standard Malkionism. I am very sure it is not Stygian. I'll try and dig up the quick writeup Greg did on the Ashara, the Sixth Movement. A boiled down version of the wrtuep occurs in the Church writeup and in "What the Cleric Says" in BoG.
