when was the founding of Zistorwal

I have not found a year for the founding of Zistorwal. I'm guessing that it is in the MRQ Clanking City book, which I don't have. I am just looking for the year, I think. More or less I am trying to figure out when the machine guys really got going - it looks like between 580 and 665 they got a start in Svalwal, but that's all I have.
