Hi!
Well, taking into consideration the two responses to this question, is the star that fell during the battle of castle blue an actual "thing" that an adventurer could go out and find?
Or are they beings? (Maybe the two stars that fell during the sunstop became Arkat and Nysalor? [Probably not])
Or are the falling stars just metaphors for the injury to Orlanth?

I will give you an (optimistic) Orlanthi explanation - both of those events (Sunstop and Castle Blue) wounded the Great God terribly, so much so that part of him fell from his place in the sky. The final defeat of Gbaji healed Orlanth, which gives us hope that the final defeat of Red Goddess will heal Orlanth again.
