As I said, I explained it only from an Orlanthi perspective. Presumably the Dara Happans, Kralori, Malkioni and others have a different explanation. Then again, when it comes to the Broken Ring, the Orlanthi know more about that strange celestial phenomenon than even the starwatchers of Yuthuppa or the Kralori celestiologers.
