Red Moon in Dragon Pass

I know this has been asked before but this is something difficult to search for on the forum. I've also read the answer somewhere recently in some source book but I can't remember where.

How much light does the red produce at night beyond the glowline in Dragon Pass? I realize this might change in various places at various times. Is it comparable to our moon? Is the night during a full moon tinged with a reddish light?
