The Eol Magics are briefly described in ILH 1 p. 49, as well as their society (which is very primitive and matriarchal)

Their shamanic tradition is called "Children of Life". They focus on five Great elemental / animal spirits :

Fire Fox (spirits of Fire, Hunting, Seeing secrets) Airy Horned Owl (spirits of comprehension, flight, silence) Slippery Otter (spirits of fishing, swimming) Dark Raven (spirits of flying and darkness) Earth Reindeer (spirits of strength, endurance)

I'd say they'd use Second Sight to find Ley Lines and, if they find one, can tap into it with a specific skill. They higher the skill, the more energy they can draw from it. BUT they don't do it hapazardly : they know such gifts must be paid for.
