The Cyrlings were written up in YBoT. They are more of a clan to drop in as neighbors. I believe the Black Oaks were also written up fairly extensively for Barbarian Adventures (I believe). Unfortunately, the writeup on the Cloud Fox, Dundaelos refugees settling near Kero Fin never actually got published. I suppose I had best get back to work...
