The most defined Orlanthi clans are definitely the above. Sartar Companion contains plenty of information on the Ernaldoring, Hillhaven, Black Spear, and Runegate clans.
The Colymar tribe is the best defined of the Sartarite tribes, although in the not so distant future there will be plenty of published official material about the Cinsina as well.
