All absolutely true. My comments are restricted solely to being chief of a clan or king of tribe - specialized magical offices of great antiquity and importance.

Also all true. There is no problem with being a Vingan and chief (heck Vinga is an aspect of Orlanth after all). There is little problem being a Yinkin initiate and a chief. The only difficulty arises in being a devotee of another god and chief - much of the time those responsibilities will likely be incompatible.
