the Over the Seas Folk = Umathelan barbarians maybe ?
I fail to notice the orlanthi from Ralios in that list. There's Dragon Pass, the Holy Country, Saird and Wenelia but Ralios is out.
All gave Orlanth power which Argrath used against Shepelkirt.
