While the linked links are correct about selling apps, that doesn't mean you can't purchase apps in other countries. In fact there are not 9 but 16 countries priced android apps are available http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Android_Market#Availability_for_users Although there are still no Nordic countries included, android is the fastest growing mobile platform and expected to surpass iOS in about two years. So there is still hope for the North. And android allows you to sell apps directly from your website without going through the market. So I agree with Kevin:
