I think there are two things to consider when rune-ing things in Glorantha. The runes that they are made up of and the rune powers they can give access to by worship etc.

Clearly Baroshi can be made up as a character sheet style being able to do this and that. He's obviously got the Earth rune and maybe the plant rune - his head is a giant barley seed. His weapon is a giant thunderstone doing 3D10 damage! I'd say that he doesn't have the death rune, but his weapon has the storm rune. His chaos fighting comes from his god forged storm weapon.

As for worshipping this godling, he'll probably give you one earth feat - turn head to barley grain:-)
