As an orlanthi, I know it's a battle between an umbroli and an urzani, probably sent by the lunars or the dara happans to plague us. Fortunately, Umbrol is triumphing again and holding the urzani prisonner of its mighty winds, before dissipating it to nothing.
As a dara happan officer of Polaris, I see a brave servitor of Enverinus (or whomever) burning a pagan air demon alive, and vanishing after the deed is done.
In both cases, I imagine the priests sending their prayers to boost their elemental champion, either as carefully-prepared ritual or as a chance encounter, perhaps during a larger-scale battle. What's nice is that both sides can claim victory, since the fire tornado vanishes after a few moments ; no victor is left behind... this time.
