Cwim would be an interesting model in 1:72 scale.

a 60ft wide head becomes slightly larger than a normal size human head. while the three bodies (50ft at the shoulder) are each about the size of a decapitated action man figure. To represent Cwim on the gaming table one could attach 3 action man bodies to your neck, dress in black against a black background and lean over the table making Cwim like noises.

I'm not sure how human-like Cwims head is (or indead his bodies) so this may be unrealistic.
