An excellent point Simon. It is almost as if some areas or parts of Glorantha are actually like someones full scale garden, with 1:72 scale adventurers: Giant mushrooms, giant flowers, giant wasps, giant Gonn Ortas. Like being a kid playing with your toy soldiers in the garden.

Further calculations have led me to some other conclusions, assuming that Glorantha is actually a 1:72 scale world.

Hrimthur are actually just 1:43 scale humans (10ft tall in Glorantha) and as such are a popular size for scale models of cars. Makes me think that Hrimthur should be petrol heads, present top gear, and drive around Valind's Glacier in 4WDs.

Luathans are 1:29 scale humans, a common scale for large oudoor model railways. Makes me wonder what they're really up to in Seshnela - some sort of steam train?

Actually, more seriously, any suggestions as to a "look" or historical period that would be represented by a few scale models for Luathans (not the Fat Controller)? I think there are more options at 1:32 scale.
