OK, so the way to that from the Praxian afterlife is through the place called Daka Fal's Cave. It isn't really a cave, and it doesn't really belong to Daka Fal, of course. It is a passageway to a place of darkness, evil, and chaos. Pretty much the bad parts of the underworld, I'd say -- the parts where chaos leaks in.
Praxians are not as enormously powerful as some other religions, so they will have fewer connections to the underworld than other religions might have. A shaman who doesn't want to go to the underworld through Daka Fal's Cave could get there, but it would have to be through exploring the spirit world with little guidance. (Enter PC's, stage left.)
