Okay, looks like I get to ask the first irritating rules question about the new Sartar Companion supplement.

I notice that under the powers gained by a Kolati Seven Winds spirit society members (pgs.272-273) it does not list the ability to gain a spirits ability at full strength by releasing it as per HW pgs.113-114. Was this an oversight, or are Seven Winds members genuinely unable to do this?
