I've never really thought about specific helering magic/holy numbers, but I would imagine that the cultists in Sartar anyway would have the same ones as the other sartarites. Not sure though, Heler worshippers are fluid people, ranging in number from the One Water of the Original ocean, to the million droplets in the Rain, flowing into and out of each other. Which is hard to quantify IMO...

The way I personally approached that, is that they heal by leaving the sick person outside in a cleansing rain. It works, it's just not as fast as specialist healing magic -- and it's dependent on getting the right weather at the right time.

Of course the rain can be emulated by sprinklings of water, from a bowl, or stream, or waterfall, or whatever -- but that specific magic would be less effective that way, in my personal opinion.
