A few that I know of:
Multiples of seven (7, 14, 21, 28,,,,) are considered lucky (or at least fortuitous) by the Heortlings.
13 is considered unlucky by the Heortlings.
10 is considered divine perfection by the Dara Happans.
7 is favored by Lunar cultists.
I suspect the Dara Happans, with their astrological obsessions, are likely to be far more obsessed with numerology than the Heortlings.
The Malkioni are possibly the most obsessed with numbers as their alphabet is also their system of representing numbers. Numerology comes natural to literate Westerners as it is implicit in their system of writing.
