Just ran across this on Google image search, but it is cached and the original is dead.

Anyone recognize it? Know who did it? Know if it is available anywhere?

Looks like a nicely made SketchUp model of the Real City in the Pavis Rubble.

Apologies if it is from some easily recognized Mongoose book. I don't have any of those.
