Are you expecting Gloranthan aging to be different than Terrestrial aging? After a peak there is long and slow decline of physical abilities. Memory, eye sight, strength, male pattern baldness, metabolism, memory, resistance to diseases, whatever.

I expect the details to be different for other races, but something kinda similar. Humans might not recognize the signs of a Dragonnewt aging, but other DNs would.

Are you fishing about for a specific reason? Do you have a story where you're thinking how people age is important? Or is this just an area where you feel Glorantha should be different than the real world? What weaknesses do you see with my assumption that the two are basically the same?
