Rather than explain what Solace is, I think the Rokari would be more concerned with showing people what happens to them after they die. They can't show them Solace but they can show them visions of other places and there are two other planes which can be shown.

One could borrow from Dante's Paradiso which has the heavenly citizens based on certain planets according to their station in life as well as the highest heaven. Thus the warriors are on Mars, the kings are on Jupiter etc. So if a Rokari wants to provide assurance to his congregation then all he has to do is cast a spell and show them a vision or the virtuous dead and even speak to one of them about how life is in the afterlife (stained glass windows and ornate frescos will make the job easier).

And then as the stick, there's numerous representations of Hell in which various sinners (Orlanthi, Loskalmi etc) are shown suffering the most horrific of torments.
